Dr Nandish Jayappa

Graduated from Mysore Medical College in India in 1999. Initially interested in orthopaedic surgery he changed to general practice in 2005. He moved to Westburn as a partner in 2013.

He is the educational supervisor and the practice lead for quality and for AHCP integration. He undertakes a range of minor surgery procedures.

Dr Fabian Lee

He graduated from Aberdeen University in 2010 and completed his foundation programme in Aberdeen.  He was a salaried GP before joining Westburn as a partner in 2019.

Practice/Treatment Room Nurses

We have 3 Practice Nurses and 2 Treatment Room Nurses.  They do various clinics in the Practice including Respiratory, Hypertension, Diabetes and assist in Minor Surgery Procedures alongside dressings, bloods, injections etc.

Practice Pharmacist

Our Practice Pharmacist works Monday to Friday and deals with repeat medication requests, medication reviews, CMS prescriptions, patient/pharmacy queries.

Medical Receptionists

Our Medical Reception Team are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They are the first people you speak to when you call or when you arrive at the practice. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions, dealing with prescription enquiries and updating patient records.

Practice Manager

Becca Thomson is responsible for the overall management of the practice. Along with the partners she has responsibility for strategic planning, and she is responsible for the day-to-day management of all aspects of the practice.
